The Cupcake Place has always taken advantage of opportunities to be pro active in our community. We will always be involved in humanitarian initiatives and are proud of our efforts towards making positive change in our world.
The weekend of September 11th and 12th is Shoppers Drug Mart’s ‘Weekend to End Women’s Cancers’ and thousands of women will be taking part in this 2 day, 32 km ‘walk’. Money raised will benefit Princess Margaret Hospital – more specifically, into the research towards ending breast and gynecologic cancers, diseases that one in seven women will be diagnosed in her lifetime.
